As Principal of Windsor International Academy, Ms. Carol prioritizes students' learning, believing that knowledge must be paired with strong values to thrive in the 21st century. She emphasizes the importance of critical thinking, problem-solving, innovation, and collaboration, recognizing that unexplored paths and professions await today’s students. Ms. Carol advocates for proper guidance in developing students' personalities, stressing that Windsor students require dedication and authentic learning experiences. She is committed to upholding high educational standards and improving the educational process through effective teaching strategies. Consultant and Trainer
Datin Indranee Liew brings 30 years of teaching experience in Malaysia and England. Her time in England ignited a passion for training teachers in positive teaching strategies and classroom behavior management. She specializes in helping children and adolescents develop learning skills and emotional regulation. As a HRDF Certified trainer, Indranee consults on the UK curriculum, IGCSE, and teacher development, and has presented 21 papers at conferences. Active in community work, she serves on the Penang Education Council and Wawasan Open University's Research Ethics Board and is an English Speaking examiner for a renowned UK university.
Our Educators

Mdm Chow has dedicated 28 years to teaching primary and secondary school students, with a decade of experience in the Cambridge IGCSE English syllabus. At Windsor International Academy, she currently serves as the ESL and FLE tutor for KS2, KS3, and KS4 students. She believes that language, particularly English, is a cornerstone of culture, society, and humanity. Through her teaching, Mdm Chow aims to broaden students' thinking skills, from critical to analytical, while helping them develop their individual styles and express themselves effectively.
ENGLISH TEACHER (FEL AND ESL)
Ms. Amirah has a strong passion for economics, accounting, and business studies. She pursued her undergraduate degree in Muamalat Administration at UUM and earned a Master’s in Human Resource Economics from UKM. To deepen her practical understanding, she worked in the corporate sector while continuing her studies. Alongside her corporate experience, her love for teaching and tutoring has remained central, as she believes that true understanding is key to academic success and that school learning is essential for daily life.
BUSINESS STUDIES, ACCOUNTING AND MALAY AS FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHER
Ms. Nazatul holds a Diploma in Medical Assistant and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Honours) from Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching from Open University Malaysia (OUM). Her journey into education began in 2020 as a private tutor, and she now teaches at Windsor, specializing in Science for Primary and Lower Secondary (Year 7 & 8), as well as Mathematics for Primary students. Ms. Nazatul believes that education is a powerful tool for shaping the future, viewing it as more than just teaching facts—she focuses on sparking curiosity and encouraging critical thinking. For her, the joy of teaching lies in witnessing students' "aha" moments, guiding them to not only understand new concepts but also love the process of learning. Combining her passion for science with her love for teaching, Ms. Nazatul finds deep fulfillment in helping students grow academically and personally, nurturing their confidence and potential. She sees education as a journey, and being part of her students' transformation is the most rewarding aspect of her work.
SCIENCE (PRIMARY AND LOWER SECONDARY AND MATHEMATIC (PRIMARY) TEACHER
Ms. Chan has published six scientific journals with her research team, focusing on anticancer drugs in the field of inorganic chemistry. Since 2014, she has worked as a part-time tutor and lab demonstrator, teaching all pure science subjects—physics, biology, and chemistry—at PT3, SPM, and IGCSE levels. Her passion for teaching led her to transition from research to education, where she is valued for her caring, approachable, and reliable nature. Ms. Chan believes in not only imparting knowledge but also instilling core values to guide the next generation toward success.
